Designers Salvio Morares Jr. and Moacir Schmitt Jr. of the CASAdesign Interiors architectural studio are the authors of Loft 44, an impressive 220-square-meter modern apartment located in Praia Brava, Brazil. It was designed for a busy couple who love weekend relaxation.
The apartment consists of a living space, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lobby. Thanks to large, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light fills the entire interior, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The two most important elements of the apartment are design and art. Works by Fabian Langaro Loos and Helena Neckel have been subtly integrated into the interior. Original furniture, meanwhile, includes works by Jader Almeida, Sérgio Rodrigues, Guilherme Torres, Maarten Baas and Ron Gilad.
The centerpiece of the living area is a large leather patchwork tapestry in earthy colors. It consists of several parts, so it can be freely modified, depending on the tastes and needs of the users.
