They were built in response to strict building regulations in the area. The residences are distinguished from nearby buildings by their unusually high quality of construction and modular nature. Internal courtyards, gardens and pathways bind all four buildings together as a single unit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The four houses were built based on the same main concept, but positioned in such a way that each responds individually to a specific topographical situation. The austere structure of the whole is evident in both the facade and the landscape observed from the roof.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The exterior of the complex is covered with decorative concrete containing both light and dark elements. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows allow one to admire spectacular sunrises and sunsets, as well as vast expanses of greenery.
