RuckZuck is Poland's first multimedia showroom offering floors and doors. It's not just the interactive configurators, stands with iPads and access to interior design apps that make it unique. What makes it particularly special is the exclusive interior, which encourages visitors.

The store area is over 500 sq m, which allowed for a reasonable division and planning of the space. The main goal was to appropriately display the products so that customers could effortlessly, even intuitively, find everything that interests them. This task was undertaken by the Warsaw architectural studio 81.waw.pl. – When designing the showroom, we focused on a clear and transparent division of the interior so that customers could easily navigate through it – says Anna Paszkowska-Grudziąż from 81.waw.pl.
The interior color scheme and finishing materials are the essence of modern style. Two colors dominate - black is the background for the display of colorful floors and doors, while white is the center of the showroom. Large cubicles have been clad with hpl laminate in gloss, while the rest is finished in semi-matte.
– The centerpiece of the showroom is the boxes, each serving a different function. The most important is undoubtedly the cube that serves as a multimedia projector located at the back of the store – this is a solution that has not been available on the market until now – emphasizes Rafał Grudziąż, co-author of the project. In the central part of the cube, in a completely darkened room, a multimedia projector has been installed. Here, using an iPad, we have the opportunity to view any floor from the showroom's offer, and its image will be displayed on the floor at a 1:1 scale in a size of 2x2m. Additional spaces for displaying connecting strips, moldings, and veneer samples have also been included in the side parts of the box. In the remaining cubes, a counter and an interior configurator have been placed, which contains iPads with software that allows for furnishing one's interior with products available in the store. The arrangement created in this way will be displayed on the TV screen.
To the right of the entrance, there are illuminated recesses with floor displays – a total of 88 different models. The left part of the exhibition is a mirror image of the right, differing only in the assortment. This section features 66 door models, and additionally, at the end of the showroom, there is a wall with two types of sliding doors and specialized models – multi-leaf and exterior.
The showroom also has a separate area for floor samples. Samplers in the form of cuboids were placed in two rows, on the sides of the counter - a total of 8 of them were set up. Each of them holds 40 flooring samples, which we can view by sliding out the drawers. An iPad is placed on each cubicle, where we can read detailed information about a particular floor sample.
The RuckZuck showroom, as the first multimedia showroom of its kind in Poland, sets the direction in which interior design showrooms should follow. Multimedia and the ability to visualize the interior are the future of the industry. In turn, the design and arrangement of the showroom is the best showcase of the products offered, behind which stands the 81.WAW.PL architectural studio.
